Ronde tafelbijeenkomst 13-12 Arnhem inclusive HAN employees

Invitation Round Table Meeting 13th of December Arnhem

 Inclusive HAN employees;

What do we already have and what do we need more?

In many research articles it is concluded that diverse teams and organizations have better results on productivity and creativity, but only if the existing diversity is valued by the people involved. At HAN University of Applied Sciences, an inclusive approach is needed to have a safe working and learning environments for our colleagues and students. In this Round Table Meeting we focus on HAN employees. What does it mean to work in an inclusive way? What do you already do to include your colleagues? Let’s meet and share!

Purpose of the meeting?
You will obtain more perspectives on inclusivity within HAN and you validate which scenarios would work the best.

How are we going to share?
After a short presentation of research findings of inclusivity in higher education, and what HAN employees in interviews have shared, we would like you to dialogue about an inclusive approach. You will share about effective scenarios to develop inclusive work practices within your team and at HAN in general. This meeting is in English and if needed Dutch translation is possible.

Welcome! Bring another colleague, who might think differently. We would like to include as many perspectives as possible to create realistic and diverse opportunities at HAN. Note that in Nijmegen a similar meeting is organized on Monday 12th of December 15.30-17.00 in Dutch.
