You may already be aware that as a student you have to re-register each academic year via Studielink and that you can then register for education and exams for Period 1 in OSIRIS. Only then will you be able to take education and participate in exams at your current study after August 31.

To re-enroll and re-subscribe, follow 3 steps:

1. 1. Re-enrol via Studielink and if this is done before 1 July 2023, you will have immediate access to all (online) HAN facilities at the start of the new academic year.
   2. Issue a digital direct debit authorisation via Studielink. Within 24 hours, a new to-do action entitled ‘Enter payment details’ will appear in Studielink. Once this step is completed, you will be re-enrolled for the coming academic year.
   3. Register for education and exams via OSIRIS Student, this is possible from June 26 until August 11

On 5 June, you have already received information about re-enrolment via student email. More information about registering for courses and exams via OSIRIS Student will follow on 26 June.

What do you need to pay attention to?

It is important to know that re-enrolment is also required in the following cases:

• graduating after 1 September
• only following education
• taking some exams or submitting some products
• enter a (final) result after 31 August
• starting the programme in February
• take part in an exchange programme
• internship
