In mid-July, SSH& will take over the student complex at Bergstraat 280 in Arnhem. The complex is situated in a good location with all facilities close by and because the students share the kitchen/living room, this complex offers the perfect combination of living together, meeting each other, bustle, peace and privacy.

The complex consists of 92 rooms for international short-stay students. The flats have 3 or 4 rooms where students live together and share a living room, kitchen and sanitary facilities. In addition, there is one flat where a regular student can live. The students can live there affordably.

Current residents

The current occupants of the Bergstraat complex are international short-stay students from the HAN University of Arnhem and Nijmegen. For the current occupants, the arrival of SSH& as landlord will not change anything in their rental contract.

When a room becomes available, it will be offered by SSH& through the website Book Your Room. The room can be booked with a voucher code that the student receives from the HAN University.
