HAN MORE receives HyMove and shines at Open Evening

A new group of HAN Engineering and Automotive students has started for the MORE electric vehicle multidisciplinary project. They received lessons in lightweight construction right from the start, and in the process the major final projects were also announced.

Some 50 students from different semesters, as well as minor students and graduate students, will be busy improving the MORE vehicle over the next six months.

On 9 March, HAN MORE received a special visit from HyMove. Students from MORE received a presentation from its CCO Jan van Beckhoven, Fuel Cell Engineer Joris Mulder and Software Engineer Florian Eggers. Students were explained about HyMove’s various hybrid fuel cell drivelines and the many applications for these drivelines.

Next, Saarth Trivedi made his presentation of his thesis on the 2 [kW] hybrid fuel cell driveline with an optimised EMS. Here it is nice to see how many common interfaces education and the field have with each other.

We would like to thank HyMove and Saarth Trivedi for their time and inspiring presentations!

Shining at the HAN Open Evening

On 8 March, we as HAN MORE were at the Open Evening for Part-time Studies. Here, we had a lot of contact with enthusiastic visitors, answering their questions about the MORE vehicle. If you did not have the chance to see us, we would like to see you at the Open Day on 25 March at HAN at Ruitenberglaan 29 in Arnhem.
