On Tuesday 21 June and Wednesday 22 June, we will organise our energetic Event Days as an school. Together with our students, we will conclude the academic year 2021-2022 in a beautiful, dignified and festive way. Will you be there too? Then make your choice from the programme below!

Tuesday 21 June

09.00 – 18.00: Powerhouse of Innovation symposium

Also this year, ‘the incredible true story’ of Semester 6 will be concluded with a huge symposium. Powerhouse of Innovation!

It will be a wonderful shared performance of all Engineering and Automotive programmes and will cover the whole day. In and around R29, we will work our way from inspiration via presentations and demonstrations to celebrations, to which we explicitly invite everyone: researchers, support staff, teachers, clients and other interested parties. Completion of more than 30 student projects will be an important part of the symposium, as well as the festive closing of this semester.

The day will be concluded with a barbecue.

Wednesday 22 June

09.00 – 13.00: H2 Event (R29, 3rd floor)

The H2 Event is for employees of companies, students, teachers and researchers active in the field of hydrogen technology. There will be interactive sessions, the NWBA and SEECE will hand out the first certificates for the thematic route hydrogen technology and we will conclude with a lunch. There will be sessions by students about some student projects; sessions with companies about their ins and outs (exclusively for students); a session about the research that the HAN is doing and a session about the possibilities of doing projects together with students.

10.00 – 12.00: Meet & Greet Semester 3 for ESE, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design and Mechanical (R26, AULA)

Principals present their S3 projects and students have the opportunity to speak with the principals and learn more about the assignments offered. Applications for the preferred projects must be entered online before the end of the day. The Meet & Greet is also an opportunity for students to convince the principals of the preferred projects that they are suitable for the project.

13.30 – 15.30: Demonstration and exhibition Semester 4 for Automotive, ESE, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design and Mechanical (R29, outdoor area and ground floor)

Students show the results of the semester projects they have been working on recently. The students of Automotive do that by driving a challenging course with the vehicles they made. The students from Engineering show the products they have made and present a video or poster.

15.30 – 18.00: Barbecue for S4 students and lecturers from Automotive, ESE, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design and Mechanical (R29, Campusplein)

The day will be concluded with a delicious barbecue!
