Problem to solve in this Semester 6 project: Vanderlande currently bases its pricing on a cost+method. It wants to move to value based pricing but cannot estimate service values and associated costs. Goal of this Semester 6 project is automation of a specific process where continuous fibre laminae are stacked and ultrasonic welded, before going into a thermoform.
