Mid October, an adjustment will be made to the retention period of Teams meeting recordings of students. The retention period will go from 21 to 30 days. A recording that has been made by a lecturer will remain accessible without restrictions.

Do you want your recording to be available for a longer period?
You can download the recording via Microsoft Steam to your personal OneDrive. Recordings from lecturers can still be seen and downloaded after 30 days.

Who can watch a recording?
All attendees of a meeting can watch a recording. Recordings are only there for personal use, and it is not allowed to share them with people who weren’t present in the meeting. So don’t publish a recording on for example a Social Media channel.
