Congratulations Master Engineering Systems Graduates January 2023!

In January our Master Engineering Systems (MES) congratulated 10 new Master graduates!

Track Automotive Systems:

  • Kshitij Soni – Total ownership-cost estimation of operating current and future high-capacity vehicles in current infrastructure at HAN Automotive Research (supervisor: Karel Kural)
  • Catalin Dorcioaia – Confidential research at Royal IHC (supervisor: Paul van Kan)
  • Amir Ali Yazdan Shahmorad – Platooning application development for HAN autonomous vehicles using the CARLA-ROS simulation environment at HAN Automotive Research (supervisor: Dixon Devasia)
  • Abhinanda Kalsi Nagaraja – Derivation of a method for the determination of the dynamic vehicle lateral stability regions, taking into account the vehicle load transfer effect and the nonlinear tire combined interaction in tire steady-state slip conditions at MegaRide s.r.l. (supervisor: Saskia Monsma)
  • Saad Durrani – Design and develop an alerting system by using V2V/V2I communication for safety alert zones at HAN Automotive Research / GeoJunxion (supervisor: Dixon Devasia)

Track Embedded Systems:

  • Kenneth Kuijpers – Modelling the GRIPP with data analytics and optimizing its order picking efficiency at Inther Group (supervisor: Marijn Jongerden)

Track Control Systems Engineering

  • RenĂ© van Efferen – Redesign of the control strategy for SO2 separation at RWE Generation NL (supervisor: Carolien Kattenbelt)

Track Sustainable Energy:

  • Waqar Ali Razzaq – Development of automation algorithm to improve voltage profile in AC power system network at TenneT B.V (supervisor: Dimitri Jeltsema)

Track Lean Engineering:

  • Remco Hooijman – Developing a Continuous Improvement framework with Statistical Process Control and a Dashboard at Faber Electronics (supervisor: Marijn Jongerden)
  • Riegart Vossen – Confidential research at Vostermans Ventilation B.V. (supervisor: Jannes Slomp)
